Cyber Group Europe operates in the media and entertainment industry with a unique positioning and leverage through its three subsidiaries:
Cyber Group Studios, the operational arm, creates and distributes series for television and new digital media (web/cell phones,...) and strives to build them into international entertainment brands.
Cyber Capital, the investment arm , is a venture capital fund specialized in entertainment and media companies.
Cyber Group Consulting, the forward-thinking and strategic arm , is an advisory firm providing market intelligence, strategy, M&A and turnaround services to entertainment and media companies worldwide. Cyber Group Consulting is often solicited to help “traditional media and entertainment” companies proactively embrace industry new trends via internal growth or acquisitions.
Prior to Cyber Group Europe , Dominique had a thirteen-year tenure at The Walt Disney Company where he was the head of the International Disney Interactive division (> $1B. retail revenue). Disney Interactive (now called Buena Vista Games ) was the new media business unit of The Walt Disney Company . Under his leadership, worldwide blockbuster games have been created, such as Aladdin ,
The Lion King , Kingdom of Hearts ...
At The Walt Disney Company, Dominique built a strong track-record in creating, marketing, selling mass-market entertainment products, developing entertainment brands and acquiring, managing, restructuring, selling entertainment businesses and companies. One of his key expertise and passion is the creation of entertainment content for new media: from Minitel (France) in 1986 and Prodigy (US) in 1991, to PC and video games, Internet, mobile phones and digital media today.
Dominique received his MBA summa cum laude and his Master in Marketing Strategy from Sciences Po in Paris, his B.A. in History from Sorbonne University in Paris .

Working with the worldwide market leader, The Walt Disney Company where he had almost a fourteen-year tenure, he built an expertise in creating, marketing, selling mass-market entertainment products, developing worldwide brands and acquiring, managing, restructuring, selling entertainment businesses and companies.
One of his specialties is the creation of entertainment content for new media
(from Minitel in 1986 to Prodigy in 1991, to PC and video games, internet, mobile phones and digital media today). His last job at The Walt Disney Company was Senior Vice President, based in Los Angeles where he was responsible for the interactive and new media division outside of the US.
In 2000, he co-founded with Pierre Sissmann Cyber Group Europe , a holding company which today has 3 subsidiaries: Cyber Group Animation , a production studio of animated TV series and fiction series for new digital media, Cyber Capital , a venture capital fund specialized in the entertainment and media industry and Cyber Group Media , a consulting practice specialized in the same industry. Since then, he has been co-managing the group.

Depuis 2000, il co-dirige Cyber Group Europe, la société dont il est co-fondateur.
Cyber Group Europe a un positionnement unique dans l'industrie de l'entertainment et des médias à travers ses trois filiales :
Cyber Group Studios, le bras opérationnel du groupe, créé et distribue des séries pour la télévision et les nouveaux médias digitaux (Internet/téléphones mobiles,...), et s'efforce de les développer en marques de loisir internationales.
Cyber Capital, le bras financier du groupe , est un fonds de capital risque sectoriel qui investi dans des sociétés de l'industrie dans le monde entier.
Cyber Group Consulting, le bras stratégique du groupe , est un cabinet de conseil en stratégie, « market intelligence », fusion / acquisitions et restructuration, spécialisé dans l'industrie. Cyber Group Consulting est souvent consulté par de grands acteurs internationaux qui souhaitent s'adapter aux nouvelles tendances de fond de l'industrie, par croissance interne ou par acquisitions.
Avant de créer Cyber Group Europe , Dominique a passé 13 ans au sein de The Walt Disney Company où il dirigeait la division Disney Interactive International (chiffre d'affaire retail > $1Mds). Disney Interactive , (aujourd'hui Buena Vista Games ) était l'entité nouveaux médias de The Walt Disney Company. Sous son leadership ont été créés de grands succès internationaux du jeu vidéo tels que Aladdin, Le Roi Lion, Kingdom of Hearts...
Chez The Walt Disney Company, Dominique a appris à créer, « marketer » et vendre des produits de loisirs « mass market », à développer des produits audiovisuels en marques internationales et à lancer, gérer, restructurer, acheter et vendre des activités et des sociétés dans l'entertainment et les médias. L'un de ses domaines d'expertise favoris est la création de contenus pour les nouveaux médias: depuis le Minitel (France) en 1986 et Prodigy (US) en 1991, jusqu'au PC
et aux consoles de jeux vidéo, Internet, les téléphones mobiles et les nouveaux médias digitaux aujourd'hui.
Dominique est Lauréat de l'IEP (Paris), titulaire d'un Master en Stratégie Marketing et d'une Licence d'Histoire. |
