4 December 2018

Paris (France) / Chennai Tamilnadu (India), December 3rd, 2018 : Cyber Group Studios continues to establish a strong presence in South East Asia by recently signing new agreements with the major broadcaster SUN TV Networks.

Cyber Group Studios is proud to announce that the three below mentioned animated series have been acquired by SUN TV for their channel Chutti TV:

  • Tales of Tatonka (HD CGI, 52×13’, © Cyber Group Studios)
  • G-Fighters (HD CGI, 26×22’, © EC / EBS / SKB / CJE&M / SBA / INP)
  • Animalia (HD CGI, 40×24’, © Animalia Productions Pty Ltd.)

Cyber Group Studios is pleased to boost its position in India, an important market for its productions and distributed contents and is thrilled to partner for the second time with SUN TV Networks, which will start broadcasting these series before the end of the year in India and Sri Lanka.

Raphaelle Mathieu’s Cyber Group Studios SVP Sales Acquisitions and New Media declares: “India is a strategic market, and we are particularly proud to strengthen our collaboration with SUN TV by providing for the second time quality and entertaining programs for SUN TV’s demanding young audience. We are looking forward to developing this key partnership in the next future. We strongly believe Chutti TV will be a great place for our programs!”.

Kavitha Jaubin, the Kids Cluster and Content Acquisition head of Sun Network says:

“The kids cluster of channels at Sun TV network, has a reputation of providing an inimitable array of international content, that makes every minute of TV viewing enjoyable for the little audience. Children never want to part ways with the concept of having fun, be it outdoor activities or education or entertainment. With a fine understanding of this common thread that unifies children, we have been meticulously knitting an entertainment blanket for them over the years. We at Sun Network embrace international content as much as we do in locally produced content, by bringing the world to the living rooms of every household. The newest addition to the assortment, is the recent acquisition from Cyber group. The group which has always been pro-active in showcasing content befitting the channel’s tone, has done it once again. We are placing faith in G-fighters, Tales of Tatonka and Animalia, which has it all- action, adventure and most importantly entertainment. We are as excited as our little audience, as we unwrap the brand-new titles on our channels shortly! Curtains up and show begins!”
