Nefertine is an eight-year-old girl who lives in ancient Egypt and is gifted with inexhaustible curiosity and courage.
She aspires to be the first female scribe in the History of Egypt and is constantly recording her exciting life experiences in her papyrus-diary.
Nefertine occasionally gets herself into sticky situations, but luckily her trusted friend Piramses is always there to give her a hand. The two friends, accompanied by the cat Micerina, go on incredible adventures, from investigating mysterious mummies to discovering the secrets of the sphinx.
