In an unknown time and place, a young boy named Fadi is forced to flee his war-torn home. Leaving his life and family behind, he must undertake the long journey on his own, with nothing but a dream and a violin case. 

Along the way, he and those who walk beside him will face many obstacles. Among his fellow travelers is Naïla, an optimistic, supportive, and fascinating young girl. Together, to reach their new home, they will have to have courage, friendship, and above all...hope.
